A tribute to Duke Ellington by the Susan E. Wagner HS Jazz Band
Join us to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Duke Ellington's birth. To commemorate the occasion, we are pleased to welcome the Susan E. Wagner HS Jazz Band. Last year, The Wagner Jazz Band was the runner up in the prestigious Essentially Ellington competition at Jazz at Lincoln Center. They will be competing for the title again this year. Join us for a free concert in Woodlawn's Jazz Corner at 3:00 PM.
